Why Was My Vehicle Towed?
Vehicles are typically towed for unauthorized parking — such as parking in a reserved space without a permit, blocking a fire lane, or parking in a private lot without authorization from the property owner. The property owner or manager authorizes every tow we make.
How Much Will It Cost?
Fees include an initial towing charge plus daily storage that accrues until release. The total depends on how long your vehicle has been in storage. Please call us for the exact amount so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Vehicle?
Yes. An authorized person may claim your vehicle on your behalf, provided they bring a signed authorization letter from the registered owner, a copy of the owner's photo ID, their own valid government-issued photo ID, and proof of ownership for the vehicle.
